Responsibilities

Own the seasonal footwear assortment strategy across key categories
Analyze sales, margin, inventory, and customer data to inform buying decisions and optimize assortment depth and breadth
Identify emerging trends, key brands, and white-space opportunities aligned with brand positioning and customer demand
Build and manage seasonal buy plans that align with financial targets and growth objectives
Negotiate pricing, terms, exclusives, and promotional support to maintain margin and differentiation

Required

5+ years of buying experience, with the majority of experience focused on footwear
Strong experience in fashion e-commerce or omnichannel retail
Proven ability to manage large-scale assortments and deliver against sales and margin goals
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills
Existing relationships with key footwear brands, such as Nike, On, Adidas, New Balance, and Salomon
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong commercial and trend acumen coupled with data-driven decision making
Experience with footwear product development
Excellent collaboration and leadership skills
