Ensure efficient management of day-to-day operative functions
Drive excellence in service delivery
Develop and implement operational strategies
Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) financials
Optimize customer service processes
Collaborate with various teams to ensure organizational goals are met
Supervise project lifecycles
Enhance operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards

Required

Proven expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management with a strong understanding of financial accountability
Ability to develop and execute Strategic Planning initiatives to meet organizational goals
Experience in Project Management, including overseeing project lifecycles from inception to completion
Strong Customer Service and people management skills to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction
Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results and improve operational efficiencies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Preferred

Master's degree is preferred
Previous experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare domain is highly beneficial
