Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the correct individual or department
Greet visitors warmly, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them accordingly
Issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate recipients
Assist with outgoing mail and courier preparation as needed
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby space; notify facilities/housekeeping if anything requires attention
Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and completing simple clerical tasks
Provide general support to internal staff by answering questions or directing them to the right resource
Assist with meeting room bookings or basic office coordination when needed
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and personable demeanor
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., phone systems, email, MS Office)
Ability to stay organized while managing interruptions
