Responsibilities

Design, pilot, and deploy 3P (3rd Party) segment GTM strategy including role design, service models, workflow design, incentives, partner segmentation, strategic partner manager tools/resources and go-to-market motions
Own segment GTM model design through ongoing evaluation and analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market innovations
Partner with frontline leadership and cross-functional partners to help design, shape, launch, and manage vision and annual roadmaps
Drive end-to-end project management and change management to launch & land innovative initiatives with partner teams
Identify tools, processes, and automation that improve partner manager processes. Develop plans to implement changes that help the business deliver on key results

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree
4 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL)
4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders

Preferred

Experience working in YouTube's business or tech organizations
Experience working in sales or partnerships GTM, incentives or operations
Experience using SQL and working with large data sets to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Excellent executive level communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional groups and senior leadership
Track record of execution, multi-tasking and leading complex and ambiguous strategic and operational initiatives
