Responsibilities
Orchestrate the end-to-end technical sales cycle for both Net New and Customer Base accounts, including deep-dive discovery, tailored solution demonstrations, and strategic vision workshops
Lead proactive "Health Check" and optimization engagements to identify underutilized capabilities, securing long-term customer health and revenue retention
Deliver high-stakes presentations to CHROs and IT leadership, aligning Workday’s innovation roadmap with their strategic business needs
Serve as the "Voice of the Financial Customer" by partnering with Product Management & Marketing to influence the future of Workday’s industry-specific offerings
Qualification
Required
HCM Domain Mastery: 5+ years of deep Human Capital Management expertise (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, etc.)
Enterprise Cloud Experience: Experience in a pre-sales, implementation, or strategic consulting role within cloud-based HCM ecosystems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Executive Presence: Ability to command a room at the C-Suite level and influence complex decision-making processes
Value-Based Selling: Expert-level discovery skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into a compelling vision for digital transformation
Agility: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and can manage multiple concurrent projects with precision
Adaptability: Comfortable with high-velocity and magnitude of change. Leans into change as a growth opportunity and embraces a continuous improvement mindset
Creativity: Generates unique ideas or approaches to improve the work with a willingness to innovate and take calculated risks
