Sr Engineering Technician
Waters Corporation is a global leader in analytical instruments and separations technologies, seeking a Senior Engineering Technician to join their New Product Introduction team. This role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electro/mechanical problems in a fast-paced environment while providing technical support and training to production personnel.

Responsibilities
Assist production with technical support necessary for the department to meet production schedules in alignment with quality goals
Provide leadership within production areas to fully support the production output of those areas
Assist in troubleshooting problems associated with systems, instruments, modules, sub-assemblies, processes, tooling and material
Provide training to department personnel for assembly, test and operation of new or existing instrument, equipment, or processes
Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering to processes and/or assembly documentation
Assist in transferring new products, assemblies, equipment and processes from New Product Introduction into long term production areas
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in Electro/Mechanical with two years experience
High School and additional post secondary education with four years experience or equivalent
Ability to read/understand mechanical drawings and follow written procedures
Understand proper use of common hand tools (ex, drivers, torque wrenches, punches, presses, cutters, etc.)
Basic understanding of working within the Microsoft Windows Environment (i.e. Navigation and using applications)
