Responsibilities
Is accountable for ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end integration stability during the S/4 HANA Upgrade
SAP FICO Functional & Regression Testing
Define and own the end-to-end Test Strategy for: Finance processes, integrations, and compliance controls
Ensure continuity and correctness of all Finance processes, including:
General Ledger and Universal Journal
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Asset Accounting
Banking, payments, and cash management
Controlling and allocations
Intercompany accounting
Period-end and year-end close
Financial and management reporting
Validate revenue allocation, recognition, postings, and reporting
Participate and ensure integration testing between BRIM, S/4HANA, and downstream reporting platforms
Validate security role remediation required for S/4HANA 2025
Lead/support testing of GRC Access Control embedded into SAP S/4HANA RISE
Execute testing for existing SOX controls and reports, ensuring:
Lead Finance and Integration UAT planning, execution, and sign-off
Enable UAT and end-user training in collaboration with vendors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Engineering
8–12 years of SAP experience with strong focus on FICO and Integration Testing
Minimum one project experience in S/4 HANA Conversion/Upgrade
Deep expertise in SAP FICO processes
Strong understanding of Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR)
Integration knowledge: IDoc, SOAP, REST, file-based
SAP Ariba, SAP PO / CPI, BRIM integration exposure
Test governance, risk management, and executive reporting
