Responsibilities
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access expectations, and emergency response activities as needed
Respond to incidents, alarms, and resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and escalating to appropriate contacts when required
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy issues
Monitor and report suspicious behavior, property damage, hazards, and policy violations, completing detailed reports and incident logs per Allied Universal requirements
Support move-ins, deliveries, and contractor access by verifying authorization, providing directions, and communicating with on-site management and/or local responders when necessary
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
