Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates on budgets, occupancy, and maintenance needs
Oversee tenant management, including inspections, lease compliance, late fees, and evictions when necessary
Manage emergency repairs, including after-hours situations, ensuring issues are handled quickly and professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors
Ensure all properties in your portfolio are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents
Balance office work with on-site property visits across your assigned portfolio
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple properties and deadlines
Solid computer skills and comfort with property management software
Working knowledge of property management, leasing, and maintenance operations
Calm, solution-oriented mindset—especially in high-pressure situations
3+ years of experience in market-rate (conventional) leasing or property management
Must have or be willing to obtain a Pennsylvania Real Estate License
Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
Preferred
Associate degree or higher in Business or a related field
