Beehive Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit organization that focuses on nurturing relationships with its members. They are seeking a full-time Trainer to enhance employee performance through training programs and strategies, while also assisting with new employee orientations and evaluating training effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Assists in implementation and development of trainings (company-wide, position specific, virtual courses)
Assists with new employee orientation sessions and on-the-job teller & MSR training, including use of computers and software
Conducts remedial and follow up training
Oversees and manages departmental and organizational training and development strategies projects and programs
Evaluates the effectiveness of the current training
Will actively engage in needs-based selling
Qualification
Required
One to three years years of similar or related experience
High school education; a two-year degree or formal training preferred
Must have excellent communication skills as work will involve motivating or influencing employees
Knowledge of presentation software, 10-key, and internal programs such as our data processor, the cross-servicing system, and policy software
