Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery materials
Assist with discovery organization and responses
Organize case files, exhibits, and supporting documentation
Track deadlines and filing requirements
Coordinate court filings and service
Communicate with clients regarding documents, scheduling, and procedural matters
Support attorneys with hearing and trial preparation
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of paralegal experience (family law or litigation experience preferred)
Familiarity with court filings and litigation deadlines
Strong organizational and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
Professional, reliable work habits
Preferred
Paralegal certification is welcome but not required
