Confidential is a privately owned multi-site specialty practice in the San Francisco Bay Area seeking an experienced practice leader to oversee daily operations, P&L, and growth. The Executive Director will manage operations across multiple offices, oversee infrastructure and personnel, and ensure compliance with policies while achieving financial goals.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Oversees and maintains the coordination, communication, and overall operations of each office in assigned region

Oversee infrastructure, including IT, Billing, Collections to support current operations and planned growth

Oversees facility operations and supports practice growth through construction management

Oversee, including recruitment, training, retention, and supervision of practice personnel

Oversight of marketing programs to grow the assigned

Maintains practice operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing practice operational policies, procedures, and HIPAA & safety standards

Responsible for the annual budget and for achieving revenue and profitability goals

Provides oversight to ensure full compliance with all administrative policies and standard operating procedures

Present financial information to physicians

Provides monthly reports on practice performance, identifying metrics and recommending and implementing corrective actions

Required

bachelor's required

Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare industry required with prior experience managing a multi-site practice

Minimum 5 years Supervisory/Management experience

Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement, customer service, and team building

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships

Preferred

Master's (MBA/MHA) preferred
