This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while assisting customers through various support systems during downtime.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors, vendors, and deliveries in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries as needed
Support general administrative tasks related to office operations
Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies
Place orders for office, kitchen, and operational supplies
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure office needs are met
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Manage and resolve customer tickets using Zendesk
Assist customers with order status, shipping questions, returns, and general product inquiries
Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses while maintaining brand tone
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
Document customer interactions accurately within support systems
Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies
Place orders for office, kitchen, and operational supplies
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure office needs are met
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Comfortable handling high call volume and customer inquiries
Preferred
Experience in customer support, retail, or e-commerce environments preferred
Familiarity with Zendesk, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
