Responsibilities
Answer inquiries via phone and email
Provide updates on orders, returns, refunds, and delivery status
Professionally draft and respond to emails regarding customer orders and product questions
Manage order pickups and ensure proper documentation
Send product samples and follow up with customers
Collaborate with our warehouse team to resolve order issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Support internal processes to reduce service errors and improve workflow
Qualification
Required
Must have prior experience in a warehouse, shipping & receiving, or logistics support role
Familiarity with order documentation, packing slips, bills of lading, and inventory records
Comfortable preparing shipments, managing product samples, and tracking outgoing and incoming orders
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipping, receiving, and documentation
Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Proficient with basic computer systems
Preferred
Experienced in customer service (1+ year preferred)
CRM experience a plus
