Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers
Assist with scheduling, service questions, and account concerns
De-escalate issues and retain customers whenever possible
Use strong communication and problem-solving skills to find solutions
Balance customer satisfaction with the best interest of the business
Document interactions clearly and accurately
Work toward performance goals while delivering quality support
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (we love grads!)
Call center or customer service experience? Huge plus
Natural communicator with a knack for empathy and active listening
Quick thinker with calm confidence—even in high-stress calls
Tech-savvy with CRMs and digital tools (FieldRoutes knowledge = bonus points)
Multilingual? Pest-savvy? Even better
Preferred
Experience in retention, sales, customer success, or call center support
Retention and sales backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
