Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities
Employee Relations
Conducting investigations into concerns/complaints and providing recommendations
Workers’ Compensation
Managing claims and leading our return-to-work program
Leave Administration
Administering LOA (FMLA/CFRA/PDL) and supporting accommodations related to pregnancy and disability
Performance Management
Providing expert consultation to managers, including guidance on corrective action and termination decisions
Benefit Administration
Supporting annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits management, including oversight of CalSavers enrollment and compliance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in human resources management or a related field
Strong knowledge of organization design principles and human capital management strategies
Familiarity with payroll systems and processes
Proficiency in performance management techniques and tools
In-depth understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
