Program Assistant

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. The PCMH Program Assistant will work with interdisciplinary teams to organize, coordinate, and monitor clinical operations, manage reports and medical records, and oversee staff schedules.

Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate, and monitor all clinical operations of the PCMH site
Managing reports
Maintaining meeting records
Providing administrative activities
Coordinate intakes with Clinical Assessor
Oversee staff schedules
Facilitate any office/supply orders with the Site Manager

Qualification

Administrative experienceBehavioral health knowledgeClerical skillsHighschool DiplomaAZ Driver’s License

Required

Highschool Diploma or GED required
Current AZ Driver's License in good standing
Clean 39-month MVR required

Preferred

Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred
1 or more years of clerical and/or administrative experience is preferred
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
