NOC Technician
Telvero is seeking a NOC Technician to provide monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for broadband network infrastructure in a Network Operations Center environment. The role focuses on alarm response, ticket management, and coordination with internal technical teams to restore service and maintain network reliability.

Responsibilities
Monitor network systems and respond to alarms and service events
Open, update, and close trouble tickets per established procedures
Diagnose, isolate, and resolve network and equipment issues
Coordinate repair efforts with field operations and technical support teams
Provide Tier I technical support for supported platforms
Escalate issues to Tier II/Tier III teams as required
Document incidents, outages, and maintenance activity accurately
Manage multiple concurrent trouble tickets
Ensure timely follow-up and ticket closure
Communicate effectively during repair and restoration activities
Qualification
Required
Experience with broadband and DSLAM network architecture
Basic knowledge of Ethernet routing, switching, and ATM networks
Familiarity with network monitoring tools, EMS/OSS platforms, and ticketing systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced NOC environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
