Responsibilities
Assist with trade processing and clearing activities across various financial products
Support daily reconciliation of trades and transaction records
Review operational data for accuracy and completeness
Participate in settlement processes to ensure timely and correct execution
Contribute to control functions and risk mitigation efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support client service
Gain exposure to back-office systems and clearing workflows
Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values
At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct
To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required
To escalate risk events immediately
To provide input to risk management processes, as required
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance is preferred but accounting, actuarial science, business administration, business analytics, economics, political science, and risk management are accepted
Genuine interest in one or more of the program's departmental tracks
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT
