Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Gen-AI Data Science Engineer for a contract role in Plano, TX. This position requires a technical program manager with strong leadership skills to drive critical business initiatives and manage cross-functional technical programs.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross‑functional technical programs by defining program structures, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of business and engineering objectives
Drive end‑to‑end program execution—including planning, risk management, communication, and implementation—to support critical business initiatives
Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design, coordinate, and launch new capabilities by breaking down complex problems into manageable components
Coordinate launch planning across multiple teams to synchronize milestones and maintain a unified timeline that meets both business goals and customer requirements
Develop and implement scalable processes, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs to support large‑scale programs and long‑term product/technical strategy
Proactively identify risks, anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and evaluate tradeoffs to balance business priorities with technical constraints

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
9–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management, leading large‑scale, cross‑functional technical initiatives
Proven ability to manage complex technical programs end‑to‑end, including planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑team coordination
Strong technical acumen with demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to design, launch, and scale new capabilities
