They are seeking a Carbon Capture & Utilization Storage Intern for Summer 2026 to assist with subsurface geotechnical analysis, project management, and data processing for carbon dioxide storage solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist in subsurface data processing & interpretation
Assist in static or dynamic model building
Assist with CCUS project management
Perform potential site screening activities
Assist with monitoring, verification, and accounting techniques, including surface and subsurface instrumentation suites and data analysis techniques
Perform the integration of regional and local-scale geologic and geophysical data, including seismic surveys

Qualification

Required

Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's or masters in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering, or closely related discipline
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have at least two years of college coursework completed by the start of the internship
Must be U.S. Person by definition of U.S. export laws

Preferred

Hands-on experience with additional geologic analysis and integration software suites such as Petrel or GeoGraphix; or reservoir simulation software such as CMG
