Responsibilities
Talent sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Full-cycle recruitment: Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions
Candidate experience: Ensure timely communication and a professional, welcoming process for all applicants
Hiring Manager partnership: Collaborate with managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and align selection criteria
Compliance: Maintain adherence to federal and state employment laws, company policies, and diversity initiatives
Employer branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to enhance its reputation as an employer of choice
Metrics tracking: Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a technical discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or Process Engineering), or related field preferred
2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally including technical and engineering roles in corporate or agency settings
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with U.S. and Overseas employment laws and best practices in recruitment
Preferred
Recruitment of technical, engineering, drafting, operations, and maintenance personnel
Experience targeting candidates in the oil, gas, petrochemical, and related industries
