International Sales Director

TGR Solutions, Inc. is an industry leader in cutting-edge UV-C disinfection solutions based in Los Angeles, California. As the International Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the company's expansion efforts outside of the U.S., driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with distributors and channel partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the international sales strategy for global markets, aligned with company goals
Identify market opportunities, set regional priorities, and establish clear performance metrics
Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and other channel partners
Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partner performance
Drive sales growth by supporting partners in achieving sales targets through joint planning, marketing initiatives, and training
Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular updates to senior leadership
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners are onboarded and have the tools and resources needed for success
Conduct market expansion research to identify emerging opportunities and trends in international markets
Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and partner events
Ensure compliance with regional regulations and company policies
Manage budgets and forecasts for international sales
Drive continuous improvement in channel sales processes and partner management systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in international sales, with a strong focus on distributor/channel management, preferably in medical devices, healthcare technology, or related industries
Proven success in managing and expanding distributor and partner networks
Deep understanding of cultural nuances and business practices across international regions
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insight into actionable sales plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
Self-starter mentality with demonstrated ability to work independently and build processes from the ground up

Preferred

Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German)
