Responsibilities
Demonstrates leadership and establishes a positive culture of employee engagement
Oversee and delegate responsibilities to appropriate personnel/departments
The Program Manager will partner with the Executive Director to achieve census expectations
Ensure facility maintenance is managed and sustained
Follow Sapphire policies and procedures
Overall management of facility budget, including assisting with training for department heads as needed
Participates in the recruiting and hiring of new employees
Attend meetings as required including daily Stand-up meeting
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Executive Director/Assisted Living Administrator License in the State of practice REQUIRED
