Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to one or more human resources (HR) functions, including HR Business Partners, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and talent development
Participate in HR projects and programs as assigned
Shadow HR Business Partners to learn more about the role and their supporting business lines. Attend relevant business line meetings, participate in employee relations as needed, and support with the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
Partner with Talent Development team to participate and coordinate leadership development workshops and analyze employee engagement data as appropriate

Required

High school diploma required
Rising college junior or senior
Ability to think critically and problem solve
