Patient Technology Tech
Presbyterian Healthcare Services is a not-for-profit healthcare system dedicated to improving the health of patients and communities. They are hiring a Patient Technology Tech to assist in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of patient care technology and equipment.

Responsibilities
Responds timely to direct patient care staff requests for assistance with patient care technology and equipment
Operates and troubleshoots patient care technology and equipment
Appropriately cleans, maintains, and stores patient care technology
Completes red tag process and transports/reports broken, nonfunctioning, or malfunctioning equipment to BioMed or other department as appropriate such as laboratory or desk top support
Appropriately transports and stores oxygen cylinders
Maintain compliance with Manufactures Instructions for Use (MIFUs) in One Source system
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
BLS required
Ability to learn and demonstrate competency in proper and safe handling and maintenance of patient care technologies and equipment
Must successfully complete competency verification before starting on assigned unit
