Responsibilities
Lead the design, execution, and analysis of performance tests using LoadRunner to ensure applications meet rigorous scalability requirements
Identify system constraints and establish performance baselines through detailed analysis of application and infrastructure behavior
Build performance models and capacity planning frameworks to anticipate future growth and demand
Conduct performance testing within cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and integrate results with web-based and mainframe systems
Monitor system health using tools like AppDynamics or Splunk; translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Produce accurate workload projections and forecasts based on trend analysis and historical system data
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Performance Engineering or a similar capacity
Expert-level proficiency with LoadRunner (designing, executing, and analyzing)
Strong background in bottleneck analysis, system tuning, and performance modeling
Deep understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
Familiarity with monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Practical knowledge of Mainframe performance systems in a web-integrated environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
