Civil Engineer - Land Development

Responsibilities
Support Project Managers and senior staff in the design and delivery of site/civil and land development projects
Prepare detailed site design plans including layout, grading, drainage, and utility design
Assist with stormwater management system design and analysis
Develop erosion and sediment control plans and details
Prepare site plans, construction details, and supporting technical documents
Perform engineering calculations and design support tasks
Participate in field work and site investigations as needed
Coordinate with internal team members and support multidisciplinary project efforts
Assist with local and state permitting applications and supporting documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Minimum 2+ years of relevant site/civil or land development experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
Preferred
Experience with StormCAD and/or HydroCAD
Experience with local and state permitting processes
FE/EIT certification or ability to obtain within 2 years
