Project Manager
PriceSenz is seeking an experienced Project Manager 3 to support large-scale IT modernization initiatives focused on legacy analytics and reporting platform migration. This role will manage complex projects involving data integration, analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions, working closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and federal partners.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management activities, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
Manage day-to-day project operations, including Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
Coordinate resources, work plans, and timelines across multiple teams and vendors
Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and executive status reporting
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure project deliverables comply with applicable state, federal, and agency standards
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and strategic roadmaps
Support procurement activities, including RFP development and vendor coordination
Monitor project budgets and track actual costs in project tracking tools
Maintain and archive project artifacts in accordance with governance requirements
Provide leadership to integrated project teams and facilitate change control activities
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT project management experience
Strong experience managing projects across the full Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) and SDLC
Proven experience leading Agile and hybrid projects (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, and risks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex issues
Experience developing clear, concise project documentation
Active PMP certification
Preferred
Experience working in healthcare or public health environments
Prior experience within Health and Human Services or similar government agencies
Experience managing multi-agency or enterprise-level IT initiatives
Experience with data management solutions (data warehouses, data lakes, analytics, BI)
Experience with access and eligibility programs
SAFe or Agile certifications
