Customer Service Representative 1 (Part-Time)
The City of Fort Worth is one of the fastest growing large cities in the U.S. and is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative I to provide great customer service at the Vivian J Lincoln Library. The role involves assisting customers with library services, conducting transactions, and answering inquiries about library policies and programs.

Responsibilities
Providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to customers
Checking library materials in and out; Issuing library cards
Conducting customer payment transactions and operating a cash register
Answering customer questions about library policies, procedures and accounts
Answering basic reference, reader’s advisory and general usage questions
Assist with library programs and outreach as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
No previous experience required
Preferred
At least two years of customer service experience
Ability to communicate with customers in Spanish
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
Ability to work at/travel to various locations
