Responsibilities
Design and develop ETL solutions in a Data Warehouse environment
Attend project meetings, understand requirements, design solutions, and develop code
Collaborate with near shore and offshore teammates, and coordinate with support teams
Work with Business Analysts to address real-time issues in production
Propose technical solutions to business problems with the Information Architecture team
Identify gaps in technology and propose viable solutions
Ensure adherence to defined processes, quality standards, and best practices
Identify improvement areas within the application and work with teams to implement them
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence
Ability to design systems with minimal direction or guidance
Excellent analytical and logical skills
Self-starter with thought leadership
Ability to partner with both technology and business associates to implement solutions
Strong knowledge of project life cycle, Data Warehousing, Dimensional Data Modeling
Ability to multitask and work independently
Expert knowledge in Oracle/Exadata and Oracle SQL/PLSQL
Experience in ETL processing concepts, handling large data volumes, and performance tuning
Preferred
Experience or exposure to large financial organizations
Proficiency in Hadoop
Knowledge of Informatica and Teradata
