Responsibilities
Assist in all aspects of trust and estate administration and tax and financial planning services
Prepare, draft, and review various legal documents including wills, trusts and related documents
Monitor intake of new matters and coordinate billing
Schedule and coordinate meetings, responsible for ensuring all necessary arrangements are made for in-person and virtual meetings
Provide administrative support and assistance by routing mail, screening calls, and performing various clerical duties
Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required
Qualification
Required
Knowledge or familiarity with trust and estate planning practices (3+ years preferred)
Exceptional organizational abilities, initiative, attention to detail, an ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships, and an interest in becoming an integral part in practice management
Self-motivation; a positive, professional, can-do attitude and approach; and the desire to think creatively and get things done effectively and efficiently
Advanced technical skills in Microsoft 2010 Suite and the willingness to learn new and evolving systems and applications
