Responsibilities
Oversight of all Human Resources functions within the District to ensure that the Human Resources goals and objectives are met
Directly supervises site Human Resources and/or Training staff
Qualification
Required
Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect
Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field and two years of Human Resources experience; or six years of equivalent experience as a Human Resources Manager may be substituted
Have a minimum of two years of human resources experience in employee relations, training and/or employment and knowledge of Federal and State employment law, Human Resources policies and practices and governmental licensing requirements
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Preferred
Master's degree, certification and/or PHR are preferred
