Responsibilities
Prepare sales quotes to existing and new clients for Hardware & Software Sales (no cold calling)
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations
Work closely with the owner to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
Present and sell the company’s MSP solutions, services, and capabilities to potential clients
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to generate leads and develop sales campaigns
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Track sales performance, report progress to leadership, and provide feedback on market dynamics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT space
Strong ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and client success
