Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP projects
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
Coordinate internal teams, SAP functional/technical consultants, and external vendors
Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate)
Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and steering committee updates
Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals
Oversee testing, cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation support
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality guidelines, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience managing SAP projects (implementation or lifecycle management)
Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or S/4HANA)
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
Preferred
SAP Project Management or SAP Activate certification
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
Experience in global or multi-country SAP rollouts
Background in business process reengineering
