Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is partnering with a high-caliber, litigation-focused practice in Century City seeking an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant. This role is designed for a seasoned litigation assistant who will support attorneys on active family law litigation matters, managing trial preparation and court filings.

Direct support of attorneys on active family law litigation matters

Trial preparation, court filings, and deadline management

Drafting and formatting pleadings and legal documents

Heavy interaction with courts, calendaring, and case progression

Hands-on involvement throughout the litigation lifecycle

Required

3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant

Substantial litigation experience required if outside family law
