Responsibilities
Provide senior level support to the development and maintenance of system architectures in CAMEO
Provide senior-level support to the definition, management, and execution of requirements traceability; allocation of MDA Technical Core Standards adherence planning
Support MBSE Architecture development and implementation efforts for Reference Architecture products in a digital engineering environment
Foster collaborative engineering technical interchanges across the MDA engineering community for requirements and architecture development
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in a STEM field with a minimum 12+ years of experience
Active Secret clearance
Technical expertise supporting government and contracting staff in systems and digital engineering
Experience in MBSE tools (CAMEO), principles, and methodologies for development, requirements, design, and analysis of architectures in complex DoD projects
Experience in the development, management, and planning for current and future capabilities as they relate to missile defense, specifically related to the functional portion of the system
Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and providing recommendations on the development, addition, variances, and changes to functional requirements as well as providing quality checks on technical documentation and products
Senior-level experience in document development, presentations, change requests, and other engineering products
Experience with interacting and supporting high level government customers (Senior NH-4 director-level and above)
Understanding of Industry/DoD engineering best practices
Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and hold an active Security Clearance
Preferred
INCOSE CSEP or ESEP certification
Previous MDA experience
Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes
Knowledge of ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missile defense fundamentals
