Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Operations Management with a focus on optimizing business processes
Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions
Experience in Team Management, including leading diverse teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure organizational financial health and resource allocation
Capability to maintain high standards of Customer Service and improve client satisfaction
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Preferred
Previous experience in the sports, fitness, or beverage industry is a strong advantage
Advanced degree is a plus
