Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from various relational databases
Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure datasets are accurate, consistent, and ready for analysis
Analyze historical data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth
Partner with department heads (Marketing, Finance, Ops) to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements
Monitor automated reports for data discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis on any issues found
Qualification
Required
2 to 5 years in a data analytics or business intelligence role
Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, finance, or a related quantitative field
Experience utilizing AI evaluation tools like LangSMith, Arize Phoenix, Braintrust, Langfuse, Maxim AI and OpenAI Evals
Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
A sharp eye for detail and a 'detective' mindset when it comes to data validation
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles as they apply to data storytelling
Preferred
Basic proficiency in Python or R for advanced statistical analysis
Experience with Pytorch, TensorFLow, Onnx, or similar
Experience with data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)
DA-100/PL-300 (Microsoft Data Analyst) or Tableau Desktop Specialist
