Assistant Human Resources Chief

Responsibilities
Assist with delivering modern, responsive HR services that strengthen the workforce, support leaders, and align strategies with OTSI’s operational and strategic priorities
Assist with driving results through the delivery of a streamlined and compliant HR operations, a positive employee experience, and HR programs/services that enable managers and team members to perform at their best
Help translate strategic concepts into action by implementing innovative solutions as they relate to workforce planning, hiring, performance management, benefits, and payroll
Assist with leading and developing a team of HR professionals by fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Work closely with executive leadership, managers, control agencies, and external partners to help resolve complex workforce challenges, improve processes, and implement innovative solutions that support a growing and evolving organization
Qualification
Required
Knowledge, skills, and experience in supporting critical public services
Ability to influence statewide health and human service outcomes
Experience in delivering modern, responsive HR services
Ability to strengthen the workforce and support leaders
Experience in aligning strategies with operational and strategic priorities
Ability to drive results through streamlined and compliant HR operations
Experience in creating a positive employee experience
Ability to implement HR programs/services that enable managers and team members to perform at their best
Experience in translating strategic concepts into action
Ability to implement innovative solutions related to workforce planning, hiring, performance management, benefits, and payroll
Experience in ensuring HR services are equitable and delivered with consistency, quality, and a strong customer focus
Ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals
