Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a WMS Support Researcher to provide research support and problem resolution assistance to Supply Chain and Corporate business partners in all distribution centers. The role involves working closely with various teams to resolve issues affecting merchandise flow and requires strong research and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to Service Now incidents, ensuring detailed notes are added and specific requests are addressed within a timely manner
Conduct research on inventory issues and identify inventory discrepancies
Monitor Team inbox, respond promptly to system alerts, user requests, and reported problems
Prepare and publish various department reports
Configuration of printers/ locations in WMOS (Warehouse Management System)
Run waves for various DCs on East and West Coasts
Respond to Allocations and Buyers regarding inventory request

Qualification

Logistics experienceSupply Chain experienceSQL – OracleMicrosoft ExcelManhattan WMOSCommunication skillsCritical thinkingProblem-solving skillsTime-management skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of Logistics and/or Supply Chain related experience
Good communications skills, including written and verbal
Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Knowledge using SQL – Oracle
Interaction of multiple supply chain and enterprise systems including: Manhattan WMOS, MHE (Material Handling Equipment), Order entry system
