Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team, utilizing design tools, and ensuring design consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website graphics
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and target audience
Use layout design and typography skills to enhance the overall visual impact of designs
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current market trends and design best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across different platforms and mediums
Utilize CSS and other web design tools to create engaging digital designs
Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
Use InVision or similar tools to create interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
Ensure color management consistency across all design projects
Assist with video editing tasks as needed

Required

Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and composition principles
Familiarity with CSS and web design tools
Ability to illustrate concepts through sketches or digital drawings
Experience using InVision or similar prototyping tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Knowledge of video editing software is a plus
