Collaborate closely with retail, lending, marketing, and operational teams to ensure market growth aligns with Intrepid’s mission and values
Build and lead a high-performing team that reflects the community it serves
Focus on service excellence, community impact, and financial performance
Maintain strong community relationships and ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
At least 7 years of experience in the financial services industry
Demonstrated success in market or regional leadership
Experience in business development
Experience in community engagement
Strong understanding of retail banking
Strong understanding of strategic execution
Ability to lead with authenticity
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to build trust across all levels
