The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the recruitment function, developing strategies to attract top-tier talent, and advising executive leadership on workforce planning and employer branding.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy that optimizes the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Collaborate with Finance and Senior Leadership to facilitate annual headcount planning and ensure the recruitment team is positioned to meet organizational growth targets
Design and manage scalable hiring models to address seasonal staffing fluctuations and operational demands
Personally manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership positions, ensuring a high-touch experience for senior candidates
Partner with the Marketing and People teams to define and amplify the employer brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling candidate experience
Establish and maintain rigorous standards for candidate engagement to enhance the organization's reputation in the talent market
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship, performance coaching, and professional development opportunities
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for the recruiting team to drive accountability and results
Utilize data-driven insights to communicate hiring progress and pipeline health to stakeholders
Leverage analytics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Partner with HR Operations to evaluate, implement, and manage the recruitment technology stack (ATS, CRM, AI tools) and external search firm relationships

Required

Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of progressive Recruiting experience, including 5 years managing people
Proven track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred

Experience in high-growth environments, including experience spanning software, clinical and contact center roles
