Extra Duty Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager to support and scale a growing SaaS product organization. This role is responsible for product delivery operations, tooling, and execution consistency across multiple product managers and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product delivery operating model across multiple product and engineering teams

Define and enforce intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery workflows

Establish and run sprint, roadmap, and release cadences

Ensure consistent execution standards across all product areas

Administer and optimize Jira and Confluence

Support and integrate additional product and engineering tools

Ensure alignment and data consistency across tools

Support multiple Product Managers and Engineering leads

Act as the operational bridge across teams

Define and maintain delivery and outcome metrics

Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in Product Operations or similar

Advanced Jira and Confluence experience

Multi-team SaaS environment experience

Preferred

SaaS platform experience

Tool integration and optimization experience
