Ensuring adherence to quality standards

Supervising laboratory personnel

Troubleshooting laboratory equipment
Ensuring timely communication with healthcare providers regarding test results
Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines

Qualification
Required
Demonstrated Supervisory Skills to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively
Proficiency in Medical Technology and the ability to perform and oversee complex diagnostic and analytical procedures
Experience with Quality Control processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory healthcare standards
Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and ensuring the accuracy of laboratory test results
Familiarity with Laboratory Equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field is required
Strong communication and organizational skills, along with attention to detail and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) is preferred
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a clinical laboratory setting is highly desirable
