Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams on end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports in partnership with the ServiceNow team and ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with client policies
Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and define project scope
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and modules (PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB) and ensure from the Client side that ServiceNow consultants adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards setup for with the clients Teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
Eight years' experience in the appropriate specialties
Minimum of two years' experience as a project manager
Sound understanding of technical issues
Outstanding planning skills (experience in preparation of project plans a must)
Scheduling, implementation, and evaluation skills
Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the user community and the technical staff
Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and modules (PSDS, ITSM, ITOM, CRM, HRSD, CMDB)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Infrastructure Platforms (PC, Client Server, Mainframes) 4-6 years
Ability to Edit, process and implement work orders 1-2 years
Ability to write Technical Documents and End-user Documents 4-6 years
Administrative Experience 1-2 years
Attend Meetings 1-2 years
Business Analyst 4-6 years
Client/Server Architectures 1-2 years
Project Management – 4-6 years
Project Planning 4-6 years
Support Internal special Project (SME) Teams 4-6 years
