Conferences Assistant, Academic & Professional Marketing

Publishing
Responsibilities
Assist the Associate Conferences Manager with picking & packing supplies
Track shipments
Update ExhibitDay (conference database)
Monitor supplies stock
Process invoices
Order branded materials
Create order forms
Follow up with marketers and editors on any conference logistics queries
Occasional travel to local conferences and/or to other Bloomsbury offices
Qualification
Required
Advanced MS Office skills, Excel in particular
Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Adaptability
