Expertise in human resources including recruitment, training, and employee relations
Analyze complex challenges and develop practical, strategic solutions
Oversee all key departments including accounting, merchandising, production, administration, and marketing
Qualification
Required
Experience in retail operations management, ideally within luxury or high-end retail environments
Strong understanding of the jewelry sector
Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
Strong communication abilities
Expertise in human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and knowledge of employment law
Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop practical, strategic solutions
Experience in accounting, merchandising, production, administration, and marketing
Preferred
Background in luxury retail marketing, sales strategy, and brand development
