Responsibilities

Ability to manage and lead global teams with a wide range of technology skills – Network, Compute, Storage, Application, and Professional services
Ability to generate and analyze level of effort data to leverage for pricing of professional services
Solid management skills and ability to manage technical and management resources on a project-by-project basis; strong attention to detail and understanding of pc's, LAN technology, workstation, network operating systems, servers, and the architectures and aspects of internet web hosting
Leadership experience in forming teams and leading them through various technical projects
Ability to create Statements of work for complex and sometimes ambiguous customer input and use that as the basis to drive to a formal scope of work/service
Organizational design for effective service delivery
